Growing up, I was not a fan of pork chops. They were usually served with rice and soy sauce, and while I ate it, I secretly dreaded the meal.
Fast forward to adulthood, and I married someone who enjoys eating pork chops.
I had to find a way to make them that I’d enjoy eating, so I started experimenting and settled on this recipe as my go-to pork chop.
1 tbsp of Quality butter. (I use Finlanda or Kerry Gold)
1 tbsp olive oil
3 thick cut pork chops, or 4 thinly sliced.
Adobo, Dill and whole Coriander to taste.
Coat pan in olive and butter, season pork chops with adobo, dill and coriander. Brown, flip and add more dill and coriander. Cook through. About 10-12 minutes on medium heat. (Or 145F with a meat thermometer)
Allow them to rest in the pan for a few minutes before cutting.
Super easy, quick and juicy!
